After you sign up with Century 21 Portfolio your paperwork will be mailed to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. Once the commission shows on their website a license number registered to you it will allow you to access the following.
MLS Access
To receive mls access and keypad for showing property, you will need to join the Northeast Arkansas Board of Realtors. Email or Call to signup.

Contracts and Forms
All of our real estate forms are available through form simplicity. Once you sign up with the Northeast Arkansas Board of Realtors you will be able to access your account.

Once our office has a real estate license number we will be able to enroll you in the Century 21 tool system. Inside it you will find CRMs, seller reports, classes, logos, and more. In the search engine enter C21University to pull helpful courses. www.21Online.com

Lenders Title Agent One App is a good app to download to assist with estimating closing costs with clients. Don't forget this is just an estimate and does not include termite. This is available in your app store.
