Must Know For Social Media Posts:  When advertising a listing on social media the brokerage name and address must be displayed in the post.  If posting a listing on social media that does not belong to Century 21 Portfolio you must ask the listing agent if it is okay to post their listing and include both our brokerage name and address and listing firms name and address.

Coming Soon properties can only be marked on social media 24 hours before they are entered into the MLS  system or  if posted on friday after 5:00 but must be entered into the MLS by 5:00 Monday.
